TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please read carefully. By purchasing this product, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Adance Communications, LLC, DBA Adance Marketing (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and you (“Client” or “you”), and you agree to the following terms in this Agreement. The Company and you may be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”

PROGRAM / SERVICE

We agree to provide the Program, Integrated Brand Messaging Sprint, a 5-day live virtual educational sprint focused on target audience clarity and brand messaging (“Program”), as identified in your online shopping cart.

As part of the Program, the Company shall provide you:

  • Five (5) live virtual sessions, each approximately one (1) hour in length, delivered during the week of April 27, 2026.
  • Short educational instruction during each session regarding what participants are doing and why it matters.
  • Guided prompts, exercises, worksheets, templates, or other supporting materials related to the Program curriculum.
  • Live question-and-answer time during each session, at the Company’s discretion.
  • Access to any bonuses expressly offered at the time of your enrollment, if any. Bonuses are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the Program.

The Program is educational in nature and is intended to help participants strengthen audience clarity and brand messaging. The Program does not constitute individualized business consulting, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice.

FEES

For your access to the Program, you agree to pay a Program fee of $197 USD, unless you have received a promotional discount code, in which case you agree to pay the discounted fee specified at checkout.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You give us permission to automatically charge your credit card, debit card, or other approved payment method for all fees and charges due and payable to the Company, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that the Company is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers.

If any payment method on file is declined, you must provide a new eligible payment method promptly or your access to the Program may be revoked. You agree to reimburse the Company for all collection and/or legal fees and expenses necessitated by lateness or default in payment.

REFUND POLICY

Because of the limited-duration, live nature of this Program and the preparation required to deliver it, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

If the Company chooses to offer a refund window for this specific Program, any such refund policy must be stated expressly on the sales page or checkout page at the time of purchase. If no separate refund policy is stated at the time of purchase, then no refunds will be provided.

If you fail to attend any live session, you understand that your absence does not entitle you to a refund.

If the Company cancels the Program before it begins and does not reschedule it within a reasonable time, the Company will issue a refund of the amount paid for the Program.
